From England’s Fast Bowler to Coach and Mentor. As a former England & Lancashire CCC Fast Bowler, Saj’s passion for coaching young players has evolved in a big way. He transitioned from the pitch to the coaching arena, and now, he is committed to shaping the next generation of cricket stars. WHAT SETS US APART?

Saj is personally present at nearly every session and hasn’t just put his name to the academy. Why? Because he believes that direct mentorship is essential for a young cricketers' growth. Our commitment to individualise attention ensures that each player receives the guidance they need to thrive.

 

SUCCESS STORIES

Our track record speaks for itself. In just 2 years, 45 of our young players have progressed to county colours across the country. Additionally, 64 players have made it into Borough teams. These achievements are a testament to our commitment to excellence.

 

PLAYER-TO-COACH RATIO

We take player development seriously. Our coaching ratios are 5:1, ensuring optimal player-to-coach contact time. This personalised attention allows players to refine their skills with every training session. Whether it's perfecting a cover drive or building mental resilience, we're there every step of the way.
